A Cold, Snowy, Winter Evening
So we got about 8 inches of snow today in Baltimore; I woke up late and piddled around all day.
Around 4PM, I went out for a walk on the snow covered streets in Charles Village, and I stopped by Eddies to purchase some red curry paste and ground beef, for my eggplant and ground beef red curry.
Cooking in a dorm kitchenette is inconvenient, but you gotta make do with what you have.
